As much as I hate to admit it, even I am struggling to refocus and get 2024 started on a proper note. If I am, then I know I can’t be the only one. I’m challenging myself to a one week challenge to try and get that momentum back. If you’re reading this then I challenge you too. Let’s get the mojo flowing!
1. Wake up at 6:00 AM.
Rest is super important but so is maintaining a proper routine.
2. Take a daily walk of 30 minutes.
You know your schedule better than I know yours so you decide when you want to fit it in.
3. READ 10 pages a day.
4. WRITE a 200 word summary of what you read!
Are we having fun yet? I said this has to be a challenge, right? Can’t make it too easy on us.
5. No junk food!
6. Drink only water, tea, or black coffee.
Nothing Else!
7. Go to bed BEFORE 10:00 PM.
I mentioned on step one that sleep and rest is important. 10-6 gives you 8 hours. We can always adjust at the end of the week.
