For this year’s Houston Auto Show, Ford arrives with the assurance of a brand that knows exactly what its customers expect: capability, heritage, and the confidence to work as hard as the people who buy them. Three models anchor Ford’s presence—the 2026 F-150® truck, the 2026 Bronco® SUV, and the 2026 Expedition® SUV—each stepping into the new model year with updates and refinements.
2026 Ford F-150® Truck: The Benchmark Carries Forward

Ford doesn’t need theatrics to keep its flagship truck at the top. With the 2026 F-150® truck returning as a carryover, the brand is clearly betting on a formula that already works. And works exceptionally well. The familiar square-shouldered design remains intact, with trims once again defining the truck’s visual personality. Work-focused models stay clean and purposeful with their boxy headlights, upright grille, and rugged bumper design. Premium trims continue to add chrome accents, R-shaped running lights, and a more polished presence.
Inside, the F-150 continues to deliver the blend of size, tech, and usability Ford fans expect. A large center display, intuitive physical controls, and seating layouts for three to six people keep the cabin ready for both job sites and long hauls. Tech stays generous in 2026, with the 12-inch cluster display, wireless smartphone integration, Wi-Fi hotspot, and available B&O® Sound System by Bang & Olufsen® with a 14 speaker audio system anchoring the lineup.
Under the hood, the F-150’s expansive engine portfolio returns, giving buyers everything from the efficient twin-turbo 2.7L V6 to the muscular 5.0L V8—and, of course, the extreme Raptor® R’s™ supercharged 5.2L V8 pushing out jaw-dropping numbers. The available 3.5L PowerBoost® Full Hybrid again stands out with 430 horsepower and 570 lb-ft of torque*. Every F-150 continues with a 10-speed automatic transmission and the choice of rear- or four-wheel drive. Available driver-assist tech remains extensive, with forward collision warning, lane-keeping assist, blind-spot monitoring, and more appearing across the lineup.
This year, the F-150 isn’t reinventing itself—it’s simply proving why Ford F-Series® remains the best-selling truck brand in America for 49 years straight.
2026 Ford Bronco® SUV: A Legend Marks 60 Years

Ford leans into nostalgia in a big way with the 2026 Bronco® SUV, rolling out a 60th Anniversary Package that pays homage to the original 1966 icon. This special edition immediately stands apart with retro-themed touches: Wimbledon White paint with a matching hard top, heritage graphics, red lower-body striping, a throwback grille, and unique 17-inch wheels capped with red center hubs. A Ruby Red variant flips the palette with white accents and a similarly classic feel.
Inside, the anniversary model continues the retro cues with a black-and-white leather-trimmed cabin, embossed 60th anniversary logos, red stitching, and new A-pillar grab handles that make climbing in easier. Beyond the packaging, the Bronco’s familiar tech suite capability includes a 12-inch center display, cluster display, Wi-Fi hotspot, wireless Apple CarPlay/Android
Auto, and a broad range of availability connectivity features. Powertrain options mirror the current lineup. The 2.3L turbo-four returns with 270-horsepower**, while the available 2.7L turbo V6 boosts output to 310-hp**. The Bronco Raptor remains the wild child, retaining its 418-horsepower** twin-turbo V6. A 10-speed automatic is available throughout, and the manual gearbox remains for drivers who want to keep the Bronco experience raw and mechanical.
The Bronco may not overhaul its fundamentals, but the 60th Anniversary Package gives Ford’s adventure SUV a new sense of occasion—and a direct line back to the legend that started it all.
2026 Ford Expedition® SUV: Modernized, Massive, and Road-Trip Ready

Fresh off its full redesign last year, the 2026 Expedition® SUV arrives mostly unchanged. A confident move considering how comprehensive the update was. The newest generation brought bolder, truck-inspired styling that ties directly to the F-150’s design language, with both the standard Expedition and the long- wheelbase Expedition MAX benefiting from a more modern, muscular presence.
Inside is where Ford made its biggest strides. The cabin centers around a striking 13.2-inch center display paired with an expansive 24-inch panoramic display. The latter blends driver info, navigation mirroring, and user-configurable layouts that keep essential data in clear view. Seating, materials, and overall ergonomics reflect a move toward a more premium, family- focused SUV experience.
Practicality also improves thanks to the redesigned Ford Split Gate—a smart two-piece setup allowing the upper portion to raise normally while the lower section folds down like a truck tailgate and is sturdy enough to sit on***. For families, outdoor use, or tailgates, it’s a thoughtful update. It’s the kind of SUV that already checks every box for buyers needing true three-row space, strong towing capability, and comfort for every mile of their trip.
